United States Circuit Judge David Hamilton

Please join us for lunch at the Union League Club on September 29, 2021, to hear United States Circuit Judge David Hamilton. Judge Hamilton has served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit since his appointment by President Barack Obama in 2009. From 1994 to 2009, he was a judge for the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana. From 2008 to 2009 he served as chief judge. Prior to then, Judge Hamilton was in private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, 1984-1994, with a break from 1989 to 1991 to serve as counsel to Governor Evan Bayh of Indiana. Judge Hamilton received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College in 1979 and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1983.
