We’re all familiar with the quote that brought down the former governor of Illinois.  “I’ve got this thing and it’s (expletive) golden,” Rod Blagojevich said in a conversation secretly recorded by government agents.  “I’m not just giving it up for (expletive) nothing.”  You may be less familiar with podcast Public Official A, airing on WBEZ 91.5, which delves into the intrigue surrounding the rise and fall of the now imprisoned governor.  Dave McKinney (Reporter and host), Kevin Dawson (Managing Director), and Colin McNulty (Public Official A’s producer) will join us on January 16, 2020 at Marshall’s Landing for what surely will be a lively and informative discussion about Illinois politics.
