Membership

The Lawyers Club is strongly committed to diversity in its membership, and provides several levels of membership geared to lawyers at different stages of their career.

Active Members

Lawyers who are actively engaged in the practice of law within 100 miles of the Loop or lawyers who were actively engaged in the practice of law and are now retired in good standing.

$200/year


Non-Resident Members

Those who are actively engaged in the practice of law more than 100 miles from the Loop.

$75/year


Young Lawyer Members

Active Members who are under age 35 or have been admitted to practice law for five years or less.

$100/year


Senior Members

Those who were Active Members and have reached the age of 70.

$100/year


Student Members

Members matriculated in any law school in the Chicago Metropolitan Area and who have not yet been admitted to the Bar of the State of Illinois. To apply for Student Membership, please email attorneys@lawyersclubchicago.org.

Honorary Members

Lawyers elected by the Board of Directors whose standing in the profession is preeminent, or who are distinguished in judicial or other public service.
