Ethics in the Trump Administration — Professor Richard Painter

Mr. Painter was the chief White House ethics lawyer in the George W. Bush administration.  He currently teaches law at the University of Minnesota and acts as vice-chairman for the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW).  Mr. Painter has been an outspoken advocate of law reforms to prevent securities fraud and improve the ethics of lawyers and corporate managers.  In recent months, he has been interviewed frequently on television news programs for his views on ethical issues arising in the current administration.
